A field trip to Bay Island Gymnastics is a fun, exciting, and educational experience for any preschool or elementary school!! Gymnastics builds agility, strength, flexibility, fitness, self-esteem, confidence, concentration and coordination. Children will participate in a full hour of games and selected gymnastics activities all designed for their particular age group by our USA Gymnastics certified staff. The field trip consists of 1 hour of the following instructor-guided activities: warm-up, trampoline, pit, swing, and gymnastics circuit.

• Days: Mondays and Fridays 9am-2pm
